Hosting policy update
Hi,
service info ^^ our general hosting policy is to impose a 24 hours delay before uploading to other sites.
Exceptions:
- starting 2011/10/23 for Batoto the only authorized user allowed to upload is inverse (Batoto however is not subject to the 24 hours delay)
